Headway manages insurance verification, billing and claims, and shows your estimated cost before your first visit, so there are no surprises.

Complete intake paperwork securely online
Private Pay Options
For clients who prefer not to use insurance, private pay is available. Private pay offers greater flexibility in care, increased privacy since no diagnosis is shared with an insurance company, and more individualized treatment planning.
Initial psychiatric evaluation: $350
Follow-up visits: $250

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee of $100.
